The Wellness Inventory:
The Wellness Inventory is an interactive, whole person, wellness assessment designed to help individuals gain personal insight into their state of physical, emotional and spiritual wellness and to take more responsibility for their personal Health and Wellness. The program revolves around assessment in the 12 dimensions of wellness. The first dimension, Self-responsibility provides a foundation for wellness. The assessment is educational in nature and helps to create awareness of how one’s lifestyle attitudes and behavior influence one state of health and well-being. This online program focuses on areas your employees are most motivated to change and reflects the wellness needs of your employees. We then use data from the WI as a centerpiece to customize PW techniques to match the needs of your employees.

The Creative Edge
This eight-session training engages employees in challenging creative tasks which include music and art making, role playing and movement to ignite passion, team work, and whole-brain thinking, while bringing a spirit of fun and play into the workplace. The Heart of Nutrition
The Heart of Nutrition series, taught by our certified nutrition counsellors, includes a variety of lecture/demonstrations such as “The Basics of Good Nutrition”, “Eating on the Run”, “Eating for Maximum Energy”, “Eating Organically”, “Reading Food Labels”, “The Healthy Heart”, and “Women’s Health Issues.” The series can be customized and presented to meet specific needs of your employees.
Optimal Performance Training

Optimal Performance instills confidence, focus, presence, and “out of the box” thinking through a unique blend of arts, performance, and yoga-based techniques. Individual PW Coaching
One-on-one training to address employees' individual needs (for example, time management, communication/ presentation skills, interpersonal and/or mental health issues, creative blocks). One of our senior trainers will work with your employee in overcoming specific performance-related issues using a customized menu of Performance Wellness processes and techniques. These sessions focus on promoting both personal mastery and well-being and harmonious relationships with others.
PW Soundbites – "Just in Time Wellness" – right when you need it, it’s there.
Clinically-proven guided wellness exercises with gorgeous acoustic background music designed to balance our natural ultradian rhythms which shift from a “doing” mode to a “being” mode every 90 minutes to 3 hours. Busy people in the course of their workday tend to skip the “being” mode, which can lead to over-activation of the sympathetic nervous system, causing stress and burnout. Just listening to the 5-10 minutes-long Soundbites once or twice a day at work can balance the brain hemispheres and autonomic nervous system to increase creativity, productivity, and joy in daily life. The PW Soundbites Program can be custom-designed to meet the specific wellness needs of your employees. Examples include:
Diaphragmatic Breathing 7:02 minutes – establishes the deep, rhythmic, abdominal breathing that is necessary when practicing any of the following exercises.
Progressive Relaxation 9:04 minutes – you will systematically tense and relax the major muscles groups of the body; retrains the body-mind to choose relaxation instead of tension when under stress
Healing Hands 3:51 minutes – this exercise relieves tension and strain in the hands, arms and shoulders due to overuse.
Bright Eyes 4:57 minutes – this exercise helps to relieve eye strain and increases circulation
